Having faithfully been a service department customer of Hassett Ford for many years and finally deciding to try another dealer, I reluctantly went to Levittown Ford for the first time today. I was met at the door by a youg gentleman who knew who I was and was expecting me. I then met with the Assistant Service Manager, Michelle Wynne, who I had actually known from my many years of going to Hassett and she made me feel right at home. She was courteous and professional and friendly. The work on my car was done on time and everything was as promised. The facility at Levittown Ford is first-class all the way and it was such an enjoyable experience that I will not only be returning with my car regularly, but also with my wife's Lincoln and my father in-law's Taurus. More

Last Saturday, Jan.18,2014, After traveling 180 miles from the Berkshires in Western Mass. to visit my daughter and son in law in East Meadow,N.Y. on Friday night, I noticed a grumbling and vibrating fro from the Berkshires in Western Mass. to visit my daughter and son in law in East Meadow,N.Y. on Friday night, I noticed a grumbling and vibrating from my Ford F-150, That morning with advice from my son-in-law and his family members, my truck was towed to Levittown Fords Service center. I couldn't have been happier with the way I was treated that morning,From the moment the truck was offloaded to me signing the last bit of paper work, everyone there made this out-of towner feel comfortable,Sean went above and beyond,to help me out ,and even though he couldn't fix my truck right then, he gave me the imformation to bring back to my area dealer so the repairs are all set for this Thursday.Once again Thanks to Levittown Ford Service Center and those who work there,and for sure Sean Accetta and Marisa C. This was my 1st visit to Levittown Ford. I was there for an oil change on my vehicle. I called in the morning and was told to come down. This is my third visit to Levittown Ford for service and I can't remember one time out of the 3 visits that were bad. The Customer service provided was exceptional. This third visit Sean called me and advise me that one of the repairs were not going to be covered under my service warranty. I was very upset and disappointed because this was my third visit, fourth repair in less than a year. Sean apologized for the situation at hand and steered me to the right people i needed to speak my concerns and possibly get results that may benefit me. After calling the number advised by Sean, I got a call back from the regional Manager and they covered a very decent percentage of my bill which was greatly appreciated. I also got an apology from ford regarding all my problems iv'e had with my Explorer. I'm still not one hundred percent satisfied because of this being my third visit and fourth repair but again, I was helped in every way possible and therefore will continue to return to Levitown Ford for service. I was and always get treated as a V.I.P Customer by Sean, Miriam and Marisa. Thank you guys. More

After going to two other FORD dealerships...........we decided to give Levittown Ford a try and see what they could offer me. I found the reception welcoming and enthusiastic without being pushy.
