My New Car When I walked into Lewis Toyota, I had no idea what to expect. I was thinking I would get a shady salesman who wouldn’t get me a good deal. Mike was t When I walked into Lewis Toyota, I had no idea what to expect. I was thinking I would get a shady salesman who wouldn’t get me a good deal. Mike was the first person I talked too, and he told me as soon as someone showed up, he would have them meet me. Then he walked away, and I felt more confident about car shopping. I went in to ask about a particular vehicle, and Mike apologized for the wait. Kaleb walked through the door a few minutes later. He was the opposite of pushy, and our conversation flowed so easily. Kaleb was the opposite of pushy, and he was so full of knowledge. The car I originally was looking at was not a good fit for me, but he did find another car I could work with. As the paperwork was being finalized, he shared in my joy at getting a new car. JT was the individual who helped me with financing my. car, and I left a truly happy individual. I highly recommend Lewis Toyota, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you Kaleb! More

I have to return for a 4th time since the repair 3 weeks ago ****Consumer Beware**** If you have a repair that involves taking apart your dashboard, plan on having to make multiple trips back due to errors and ****Consumer Beware**** If you have a repair that involves taking apart your dashboard, plan on having to make multiple trips back due to errors and problems that result. I spent over $1600 to replace my evaporator core at the beginning of July and whilst my A/C is working tip-top, I now have to take my car back to them for a FOURTH TIME. Tonight I tried to use my hazard lights and the button went into the dash. Again. I’ve already taken it back once for this. The first time I took it back after the initial repair was an issue I detected within blocks of leaving the dealership. Apparently the wheel was turned when the steering wheel pin was put back in so I had to hold my steering wheel to the left in order to drive straight. That trip back to the shop took me two hours and they told me the alignment was completely off. I guess it wasn’t the steering wheel pin as I was told. It drove perfectly straight all the way up to the morning I dropped it off and left it in their hands for 2 days while they disassembled my dashboard to get to the A/C and then literally out of nowhere, the alignment was wrecked? After it was fixed, the service person came to me in the waiting area to explain what they did to remedy the issue and insinuated that it was my fault (how??) because he couldn’t explain why the alignment was so out of whack. And then instead of giving me the print-out of everything they did (the degrees in which the alignment was off, etc) he said he was mailing me a copy. That was 7/8/19, no mail from Lewis Toyota as of today. And then the hazard light fell into dash (the first time). And then after the alignment trip, I get a few blocks away and my traction control light comes on and doesn’t go away. I had to be back at work so I couldn’t turn right around and go back to the shop (I called) so I had to take off work again to take it in. This time, another service person brought some sort of diagnostic machine out to my car in their parking lot to sort out the issue (zero point calibration issue) so there was no paperwork again. Now tonight the buttons are falling through the dash again. The amount of time I have spent on having to call, explain, bring the car back, sit and wait (hours at this point) for things that will “be real quick” is mind blowing. Good thing I have an understanding employer and some modicum of leave time available. Not everyone is so lucky. I desperately want to believe that this is my last trip in to fix resulting issues from replacing the evaporator core but I have no reason to honestly believe that. Save yourself the hassle and heartache. Unless you’re into that then by all means, this is your place. More
