being treated like a friend I did not intend to buy a car, was just looking at colors but some kind of magic happened. Steve was so friendly and not a bit pushy-so I bought one,. He gave me a good price and everyone was super friendly. Kimberly was very knowledgable and patient with teaching about the tech stuff. She was also fun. All said, it was a comfortable experience with no pushy selling. I have been a customer of Lewis Toyota for over 25 years and would never think of going anywhere else. AND the service department is first class. I do not remember the names of the managers or the financial person but they were equally friendly and knowledgable. More

Misc shop fee a profit center Was charged $18 misc shop fee to change a plastic part on my seat. When asked about it I got the run around. That was on top of $120 labor charge. Battery check Took our Camry to service department to have battery checked, which was still under warranty. They placed my car up on the lift, I asked them what Took our Camry to service department to have battery checked, which was still under warranty. They placed my car up on the lift, I asked them what were they doing, they said they were doing a 10 point service check. All I wanted was a battery check. Then they told me I needed a new cabin filter. All I wanted was a battery check!!! Then I was I told they would not honor the battery replacement warranty. Terrible customer service, trying to rip me off. Never again will we use the Toyota service department. Walked out, paying 100.00 bucks for a new battery, which should had been replaced for free. Never again... More
