They got me in the next day and fixed the problem. Very good customer service all the way around. They were very patient and very attentive on what we needed; while we expected to have our super RAV a few days later, we were surprised the next morning with a call telling us that the car that we wanted was on it's way and would be ready for viewing the morning after.
