We test drove a couple different vehicles and what we liked about Dakota was we never felt at any time like he was bsing us. When he didn’t know the answer he got the answer for us. When we started getting nitty gritty on a vehicle, we were further assisted by Tony, the Sales Manager. We were allowed to take a vehicle home with us overnight which was really helpful. We decided on the RAV4, but they didn’t have the color we wanted. Tony located a vehicle for us and less than week, we had our new vehicle.. With so many features, the dealer has a person dedicated to orient new buyers to the features of this car. Kimberly, worked with us on two different occasions totaling around 3 hours of personalized instruction. We love our new RAV4 and our total experience with this dealership in leasing this car was outstanding. More
