Salesman Extraordinaire Richard Harmon sold me this great car on 9/12/01 and he came to take a picture as I said my final goodbye. The car was donated to Vehicles for Charity to benefit my local PBS station. I am going to miss my wonderful Prius but there will be more Toyotas in my future. More

Took it in once they said the brakes were just dirty so they cleaned them. Second time they said the same time but they cleaned out some more and it fixed it for about 3 days. Having to take it in again. I don’t live close to the dealership. Not satisfied at all! More

Experience My wife and I had decided to not jump into buying a car this time around. We were going to do our do diligence. Kyle was the only one out 4-5 dealers that meant it when he said “ he understood. He told us he wanted us to find the right vehicle and be comfortable in our decision. Everyone else said the same thing, all the while asking what do we have to do, for you to sign today? We ended up buying the first car we looked at with Kyle, but his sincerity of not pushing us stood true. He has gained us as a client for life, for that. More

You are really doing great things - how organized things are with the service department, getting calls from the dealership saying that they think the mileage on your vehicle is at the point it should be ready for service (wow!), to the waiting area for service (another wow!). Honestly, coffee, water, tv. Other dealerships need to take notice from you and follow your example in the way they run theirs. We have had Toyotas or Hondas before but never had an experience with a dealership as we had with Lewis Toyota. Wonderful. It's a pleasure to continue coming back to your dealership. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Multi stars to Kimberly Harvey for helping me understand all the workings of my new car! Yay! I am not intimidated to be driving it since I mostly understand more about it and its features.(age thing, and problem with technology thing).
