Purchased a used car from them a couple of weeks ago and the process was fast and easy, a few days later however the check engine light came on and I called the dealer and they told me to bring it back asap the process was fast and easy, a few days later however the check engine light came on and I called the dealer and they told me to bring it back asap. I brought it in and was assisted by Michael Ehrichs of the service department and he got the car with the mechanic made sire I got a ride back to my residence and kept me in the loop on timeframe to fix the car. When the car was ready he sent a driver to pick me up and made sure I was satisfied with the work that was done at no cost. I appreciate the effort put into making sure I was a satisfied customer! While the process had its chall to share my recent experience Saturday, Feburary 15, 2025, at your service department regarding my recent oil change. While the process had its challenges, I wanted to highlight the excellent service provided by Service Advisor Liam. After my oil change, the check engine light came on twice, which was concerning. Additionally, I noticed that my tire rotation, which I had paid for, was initially overlooked, and I had to remind the team to complete it. Despite these issues, Liam stepped in with professionalism and dedication, ensuring my concerns were addressed and that I received the best possible support. I truly appreciate Liam’s assistance and problem-solving approach. His commitment made a challenging experience much more manageable. Liam, thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Went in for oil change and rotation, was even willing to pay for the rotation but was told no problem happy to take of it for no charge. Tires had 20 k and needed it seeing how they were not done for the fi pay for the rotation but was told no problem happy to take of it for no charge. Tires had 20 k and needed it seeing how they were not done for the first service. Got car back and no rotation done, was told didn’t need because the tread was all the same. 20k miles!!! You could look at from to back and see they needed it. They simply didn’t want to best I can figure. Next issue was it came back with engine light on from an oil change mind you. How is this not noticed before they tell you car is ready. So had to wait till they figured out what they messed up. I gave them two shots at service because I bought the car there, well out of my way to go as well, but I definitely won’t be going for a third for service or return business on buying. More
