The customer service at Fitzgerald's Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep was outstanding. The vehicle that I was interested in was brought to the dealership from another Fitzgerald dealership and it was here Chrysler Jeep was outstanding. Easy to deal with, no pressure attitude, and a personality that you felt right at home with. The whole sales team made me feel like their number one priority by expediting my deal so that my wait time was at a minimum. The finance manager went above and beyond the call of duty by spending extra time on the phone with potential lenders to secure me a lower rate for my vehicle. All around the customer service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend the Fitzgerald Park Dodge Chrysler Team to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

Before my husband and I even set foot on the lot, I did some searching on the FitzMall website.There were a few cars that we liked, but 1 in particular, so I called the location where the car was, (Gaither some searching on the FitzMall website.There were a few cars that we liked, but 1 in particular, so I called the location where the car was, (Gaithersburg), and asked them if we had to travel all the way to their dealership, or could we make the arrangements to purchase the car at our local dealership, (Lexington Park). The folks in Gaithersburg said the vehicle could be transferred, (what a relief!!). I called the local dealership and informed them of what we were planning on doing. They said to just come on down, and we would be taken care of. It was funny, because before we even made it to the door of the dealership, Donna came out and introduced herself. She actually seemed warm and friendly, and not the typical salesperson in a car dealership. Not once did we feel pressured by her. She escorted us to her desk, and we explained the situation to her. She understood and phoned the Gaithersburg dealer to make arrangements with them. Our whole experience with Donna was awesome. We've had a few bumps in the road with the purchase of this car, but it had nothing to do with Donna. She even sent me a birthday card 18 days after we bought the car! She obviously gives above and beyond, to make sure her customers are satisfied. I would definitely go back, and I would highly recommend Fitzgerald's, especially because of Donna. :) p.s.-If you see a car you really like, don't hesitate to call about it. My son was looking for a truck for me ( I hate shopping). Their "no haggle "price was fair and they gave what I consider an excellent trade in on my 110000mile Chevy truck. I was not able to get to the dealership until almost 2100 the next day. Donna, the sales manager and the finance dude stayed until 2200 to complete the deal (not to mention the very nice clean up guy who prepared the truck.) Due to some miscommunication between my son and I,there were some adjustments to be made to the paperwork, but even at the late hour the sales manager and Donna were cheerful and very helpful. The finance dude was also very friendly,efficient and helpful......no pressure to buy the extra warranties...he explained them and answered my questions politely and honestly and immediately and pleasantly accepted my "no" answers I hate car shopping,but Donna and the Fitzgerald staff made it as pleasurable an experience as possible....I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. The fact that they are local is an added bonus. PS: Today I thought I had a minor problem with the truck so I dropped by the service department....turned out it was my ignorance.The service writer got the service mgr(I think) who went to my truck and explained the system to me....they also answered some other questions I had. .I am sure they had a good laugh (they should)later but they were very helpful and friendly. Donna couldn't have been more helpful and was able to answer all our questions and finish our purchase very quickly. She was very friendly and when we left, we felt like we had known her forever.
