Great Customer Service I purchased a RX 350 after seeing it in the Auto Trader. From the moment I contacted Lexus Carlsbad the service was excellent. The salesman took me I purchased a RX 350 after seeing it in the Auto Trader. From the moment I contacted Lexus Carlsbad the service was excellent. The salesman took me for a test drive and i was unsure so I drove a second model that was slightly different. In all there were 3 test drives and the salesman Gary Kiner, was patient and very helpful throughout the sales process. He also provided me information on the vehicle that I traded in that helped me to recovery some of the money that I had invested in a maintenance contract and extended warranty. I hope to keep this Lexus for a long time as I like the product and will return to Lexus of Carlsbad should I decide to buy another one for my family. Thank you. More

The entire experience from initially viewing vehicles to signing the final paperwork was professional and efficient. The dealer was incredibly aggressive in beating other another dealer's offer and conducted the entire transaction with the utmost professionalism. While Paul, the sales person I worked with, was not the most friendly at first, he earned my respect in no time due to his responsiveness to emails and texts the day I visited the dealership. Once we agreed on a price/car, he made sure to expedite the paperwork/process such that when I arrived to purchase the car the entire experience only took one hour! Paul, and the other Lexus Carlsbad staff, are incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the Lexus products. I would highly recommend this dealer if you are shopping for a Lexus! More
