I just purchased my first Lexus (a CT200h) after shopping for another make of car, and came away from my purchasing experience at Lexus Carlsbad without any buyer's remorse for either the car or the actual dealing with the sales staff. From the front desk, to the sales staff, to the financing/registration department - all employees treated me with respect, honesty, and sincerity.
