From start to finish, he was incredibly thorough, professio with my 2012 RX350, and I want to give a special shout-out to my Service Advisor, Deanna. From start to finish, he was incredibly thorough, professional, and just plain awesome. I brought my car in for a check engine light, and Deanna got me in quickly—with a loaner vehicle ready to go while my car was being serviced. Deanna kept me updated every step of the way, always courteous, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I had let Deanna know upfront that I’d be heading out of town and wouldn’t be able to return the loaner past a certain date. Deanna went above and beyond to coordinate everything in advance, even lining up Jovanni, who originally helped me with the loaner vehicle. Jovanni was just as kind and professional, and he even personally brought my repaired vehicle to my workplace and picked up the loaner—talk about service! I’ve been a loyal customer of Lexus of Clear Lake since 2002, and this experience just reaffirmed why. Top-notch service, every time. More
