It was in my 80 years the most trying experience with Caesar and the kurt quick follow up with the lady never got her name and the most traumatic experience I had wih a saleIrs person named Caesar

I feel the following 1- I know your maintenance manager is one of the best in the business and had him at BNW for years. Now the salesman Ceasar when first introduction by service manager Caesar had a "used price" for ssale on my BMW when infac I just stepped away from your front desk who knew and forwarded a trade in, nevertheless I spent two-days with Caesar and told him it was a trade-in yet nevertheless 2-Caesar wanted no price difference as a trade-in Caesar wanted to screw the customer me what was so hard to change to trade-in? Oh yes he wanted a greater profit and screw the customer its was either the his way or the highway and we lnow at your dealership the customer in sales takes the highway 🛣 With Caesar as far as I know

That lady was to Kurt with her question i didn't have a chance to answer her "wow" and she speaks for the entire staff and dealership manager
