Service advisor David W. consistently provides excellent service. He listens to our needs and works with his team to make sure our two hybrid vehicles are running in top cond consistently provides excellent service. Service tends to be a little slow but this is not necessarily a bad thing as the technicians are thorough and complete all repairs correctly the first time. The cars are always returned to us freshly washed and vacuumed. Dealership pricing is high which is unfortunate. However, they keep good service records, use OEM parts, and guarantee their work. We have 2 cars both with over 150,000 miles still going strong and will likely purchase the next one and service it as Lexus in Clear Lake More
