We wanted a specific car and color....the search was instigated and the car was found, delivered on time. Clean, neat and a show piece. Eva guided us thru the basics of operation, discussed the printed material that was provided, helped us set up our cell phones for the bluetooth and suggested the covers for key protection. We were very happy with the friendly faces and the service. Great experience! More

Lexus El Cajon came highly recommended by a friend who had purchased there recently, and I was not disappointed in the least bit. The staff was friendly and helpful, my sales woman Eva Martin was knowledgeable and courteous. She made me feel comfortable about the purchase and did not pressure or hard sell at all. Matthew Hollander helped with some of the finer details of the purchase including a set of rims that I just HAD to have in order to purchase this car. Since I am a bit of a tinkerer I wanted to know a lot of details regarding the engine, transmission and different intricacies of the inner workings of the car. Glenn Turner, the service adviser was helpful with a deluge of questions and never failed to answer. Overall I really cant say enough about the staff at Lexus El Cajon. I feel like in this day in age customer service is extremely hard to come by. Lexus El Cajon superseded my expectations and really made car buying a very comfortable and pleasurable experience. I really dig my new car too!! More

He never made me feel pressured about purchasing the car and allowed me to take my time with my decision. He made sure I was getting the best possible deal and addressed any concerns I had during the process. I would undoubtedly recommend Christian, and Lexus El Cajon, to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Christian was always very professional, patient, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He has followed up with me several times after the purchase (almost 2 weeks ago)which shows he is not the type of salesperson that only cares about sealing a deal, he truly wants his customers to be pleased with their purchase.
