The vehicle took longer than anticipated to arrive and I had to turn in my leased vehicle before my New Lexus arrived. The dealership kept me abreast of my delivery status all along. The dealership and my salesman did not want me to be inconvenienced and offered me a loaner car to bridge the gap. When my vehicle arrived I couldn’t be happier and was glad I switched from Mercedes. My new car is even more amazing than I thought! I love the smooth drive and the gorgeous interior finishes. More
