Atilla V my professional salesman is a joy to work with and is always available by phone, text or e-mail. It's not hard to see why Bob Averill is the GM, his professional and friendly service is superb. I was also impressed that the GM came out to meet me as well. The overall experience is always such a pleasure. I highly recommend Lexus Escondido and be sure to enjoy all the beautiful artwork, shopping and dining while you are there too! Lexus Escondido was recommended to me by a co-worker and I was not disappointed. It was a relaxed no pressure experience that made me feel comfortable and confident that I had made the right choice. My salesperson (Gurmeet Jawanda) was honest and forthright making it easy for me to make a decision. New car purchase...fantastic experience Flew down from the Bay Area to purchase my first Lexus from Lexus of Escondido. depreciation really bad So in August I bought a certified used Lexus with 5200 plus miles. Well 3 mos later after realizing that the vehicle was not helping with my pains, I wanted to sell it back. I took the vehicle back to Lexus to get a buy back quote and was unpleased with what the sales manager was telling me. I couldn't believe my ears. I had 7821 miles on the car and he offered me a measly $30,000. Tried to tell me he could get it from an auction for that. No that would be the starting bid and once the bidding begins, it would have went up. I couldn't believe that the value of the car depreciated $14000 less than a year. I'm sure they could sell it for the same price I bought it for without losing a cent. I will NEVER and I mean Never buy or recommend Lexus to anyone again. He wasn't even looking at the Kelly Blue book, that was for retail, not wholesale...SmH so disappointed with Lexus More
Coolant leak started while Rx 330 at the dealership. I brought my Rx 330 in for a routine maintenance. Nothing wrong with the car. NOTHING! It has 60,000+ miles on it. The service advisor, Matt Colem I brought my Rx 330 in for a routine maintenance. Nothing wrong with the car. NOTHING! It has 60,000+ miles on it. The service advisor, Matt Coleman, told me it had a coolant leak ... two coolant leaks! It would be $2,500 to make the repairs. I bought the car new. Have parked it in my garage for 7 years. IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT FOR SEVEN YEARS. My garage floor is immaculate, not a drop of anything on the garage floor. On the phone I told Matt to leave the car alone. It was impossible. IMPOSSIBLE! I picked up my Rx, drove it home, parked in my garage, and the coolant was gushing out all over the floor! The pressure test that they performed on the system surely caused the leaks. But I have no proof as my garage floor is covered in red coolant now. I would expect this kind of thing from a small garage, but never ever from a Lexus dealership. I will need to repair the leaks NOW! My plan was, as I told Matt, was to keep the car until the 2016 models were out. While Lexus Escondido still had my car, minutes after speaking to Matt on the phone, I received a call from a saleswoman telling me she'd give me a good deal on a trade. I could not believe this was happening. I have owned a Lexus for 15 years. I have never had anything like this ever happen before. It's been weeks since the incident, and I am still in shock. More
Poor Customer Service I went to Matt for a routine mileage check up and he seemed a little out of place. I had my 2008 RX350 serviced at Lexus Escondido for years with nothing but good experiences, and I will only ever have my Lexus serviced here in the future. When it comes time for a new one, I will not hesitate to work with Lisa again. The dealership is beautiful, they have tons of cars, the staff is great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Lexus or for quality service. More
