Now that's customer service! My sales experience has been the same. I am a 10 Lexus owner and each one has been purchsed from Lexus of Highland Park. I always get a fair deal and again they care! After reading some of the shall we say "unsatisfied" comments here it seems to me some are acting out as a spoiled toddler would. Screaming and kicking because they didn't get there way.
