When I purchased my Lexus, I was talked into buying a MAP plan for $3,848. I moved to Arizona and took my car to Bell Lexus in Scottsdale for my 10,000 mile service. When I purchased the program I was told t plan for $3,848. I moved to Arizona and took my car to Bell Lexus in Scottsdale for my 10,000 mile service. When I purchased the program I was told the MAP would cover almost everything, and I should have no out of pocket costs for routine maintenance or most repairs. Bell called Lexus of North Hills who said they had no record of any vehicle protection plan for me, and they charged me $378.74, which I reluctantly paid. I found my contract with MAP (982591356219, ) and I found it covered almost nothing. When I signed up for it, my salesman Lou DiNofrio portrayed it as fully covering both basic maintenance and most repairs. I foolishly accepted his word. I would like to warn other Lexus buyers to be very careful before wasting their money on this plan. More

Excellent service and professionalism I just returned home after picking up my new 2019 Lexus. Stephanie sent me everything via email so I could review it all on my own time. We talked on the telephone as well to answer my questions. She sent me the link to the credit application and called me that same day to say we were all ready to go! All I needed to do was set up a time to come up and make it all happen. Picking up the car was just as easy. The paperwork is all electronic now and Michael was a whiz showing me all the features. I had a great team to help me with my purchase and I am thankful! More
