Incredibly nice gentleman, we took the car out for a test drive, he showed me all of the features with the Lexus and how to operate them. I was sold on the IS by the time the test drive was over, got all of the paperwork done, and had the keys in my hand in minimal time. Before I left mike went through some more feautures of the vehicle for me, just to help familiarize me a bit more. All in all I’m quite happy with my purchase and if I get another Lexus down the line I will be coming here. More
