We had already visited and had been exhausted by many other dealerships while searchi Our introduction to Lexus of Orland was via an internet inquiry. We had already visited and had been exhausted by many other dealerships while searching for our next vehicle so we took our search to the web. Our e-inquiry was answered immediately by a knowledgeable sales assistant who connected us with Kevin Martin, sales manager. Kevin answered all of our questions and invited us in to view the car we had described in person and to take a test drive. Once in the door, you could see that Kevin’s professional demeanor was reflected in every employee we came in contact with through out the dealership including Mike Fredette, our salesman. All of our questions were answered in a low pressure environment allowing us the time we needed to make our final decission. We are happy to say that we are driving the RX350 we wanted at a price we were comfortable with and would highly recommend & look forward to returning to Lexus of Orland in the future. More
