Impressed! I had been to 3 other Lexus dealers in the area before I landed at Orland Park. I was so very happy to have made the trip. This dealer is more than an hour away from my home and I had a dealer in my backyard. The dealership had the car I wanted and I felt I should take the trip. I am SO glad I did. The facility is clean, welcoming, up to date. The staff was friendly, inviting and in no way aloof. I had experienced rude and aloof at the other dealers. Mike Fredette was my sales consultant who was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Kevin Martin was involved in helping us reach our budget goals and never once making us feel pressured or unwelcome. Linda Adomaitis was thorough in walking us through the piles of paperwork. Although I will most likely have the car serviced at my local dealer, I would NOT hesitate to travel to this dealer to purchase again. I will recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in a Lexus! More

Satisfying experience buying third RX from Lexus of Orland. I can't give enough praise to Lexus of Orland for the service I received while purchasing a new Lexus RX 350. Buying my third Lexus from this dealership was actually an enjoyable experience. Most of the praise goes to a confident, energetic and very knowledgeable sales rep, Chris Merx. On a 90+ degree day, in mid-afternoon. Chris patiently walked us around the Lexus lot. I, being a person who needs lots of information, had a long list of questions for him. Chris took his time to answer each one thoroughly. He helped to get a good deal on my trade-in, even though I shot that at him at the last minute after he had everything written up. Again his patience and professionalism never wavered as he reworked the deal. It was necessary for me to leave the dealership for a short time and return. When I got back, Chris had all the paperwork in order and the car waiting. Again Chris's patience prevailed. Even though it was late and near closing time, Chris sat in the car and went over all the workings of the car features in detail. Feeling overwhelmed with all the newness, and unable to absorb all the information, I resolved to read my manual cover to cover. Chris assured me that was good, but that he would always be there for me if I had questions. He said to just call or come in anytime during his 6-day work week. I was impressed. We knew what used vehicle we were interested in so Mike had us on a test drive in no time. He was very knowledgeable about the Nissan Quest we were looking at, which was impressive considering that most of the other salesman we dealt with at Nissan dealerships earlier that day knew considerably less than we did about their own brand! We were offered a fair trade on our vehicle and they actually stood by their Internet pricing without pulling out the "bait and switch" technique every other dealer we had seen tried to pull on us. Mike was genuine, caring and listened to all of our requests. We never felt pressured by him to make a decision. Linda got us a lower rate on our financing than our bank had offered and set us up with a Lexus bumper to bumper extended warranty for half of the price that Nissan wanted to charge us! Thanks Linda! This is the place you want to do business with and Mike is the guy that will take care of you. Our only regret is that we live in Rapid City, SD and cannot come here for our service needs! But it is worth the trip to buy a vehicle with this dealership. They actually do what they say they are going to do and there are no hidden costs or last minute changes. I got the dealership around 7:28am and as soon as I pulled in, Sean recognized me, was ready for me, and had me taken care of right away. This is when I spoke with Ray Galassi, who had me in the first loaner car and on my way to work in only a few moments. Both gentlemen were extremely pleasant to work with, professional, and courteous. Each time I come to this dealership, I always have a great experience. Although I wasn't able to get a review in the last time I went, I would also like to give a shout out to Rob Jordan in service who also was just as professional, helpful, and courteous.
