I was contacted by Rachel Bean within a few minutes and set up an appointment to test drive the cars. When I arrived, Rachel promptly assigned a salesman to me, the cars were made available, and I was introduced to my salesman Chris Merx. He was the nicest, most knowledgeable salesman I have ever encountered. He was vey thorough in explaining all of the features of the car. I really appreciated the way he worked with me to get a decent offer on my trade-in which wasn't in good condition. Chris kept me laughing and even went with me to get my old car from the other dealership! He even found empty boxes for me to store all of the junk from my old car. He reminded me about all of the things I needed to change over due to the new car purchase (I-pass, stickers, insurance) which was very much appreciated. Chris is the man! Mike Sabatino displayed excellence in service and genuine concern for us. Upon having some rust removed from our 2011 Lexus 350RX, I noticed some dark marks and mi displayed excellence in service and genuine concern for us. He personally drove the car to the parts department, came back with some rubbing compound and PERSONALLY RUBBED OUT ALL OF THE BLEMISHES!! Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'd like someone from Lexus Corporate Headquarters to personally and officially acknowledge Mr. Sabatino's outstanding service and care to his customers and send to me confirmation of that acknowledgement. Lexus Welcomed My Business The car salesman can make or break a deal. I started out looking for a Mercedes Benz but when I stopped at the dealership one day, the salesman told The car salesman can make or break a deal. I started out looking for a Mercedes Benz but when I stopped at the dealership one day, the salesman told me that I may want to go to BMW because I asked to look at the 400 series. He told me that "This is Mercerdes Benz. We start with a letter and not a number. Perhaps you want BMW.'' He made me feel so stupid, I never went back. I thought about going back and talking to another salesman but I did not want him to see me and embarass me again. I had not even thought about a Lexus until we were driving past the Lexus dealership and my husband suggested we "just look". Andrew was my salesman and he was not overbearing at all like the Cadillac salesman. I stopped by Cadillac after leaving the Lexus dealership and I could not get a word in for him (Cadillac dealer) telling me all that the Cadillac SRX has to offer...so just forget what I really want or need. Anyway, I looked at the Lexus RX 350, I test drove it, Andrew answered all my questions and I really loved the interior. I told Andrew that I was only looking and he told he that he understood and hoped I'd really consider Lexus and would come back. He emailed me the next day (Mercedes and Cadillac called me a couple of days afterwards) and I told him I would be back. It took a couple of weeks but so far I'm glad I got the Lexus and I told Andrew that he is the reason I came back. Thank you. More
