Of all the dealerships we visited I must say, the help provided by the Sales Representative Mike Sabatino, was superior. We were impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle, and his willingness to take the extra time, to make sure we understood the functions on the vehicle. This level of customer service made our decision easy to purchase a car from Lexus or Orland Park. We had to bring the vehicle back to have a minor repair and still received that same level of customer service. We will certainly recommend family and friends to Lexus of Orland Park. More

My husband decided to give me an opportunity to drive a new vehicle by giving up his Nissan Maxima as a trade in for me, his wife, to experience the joys of new car ownership; an experience I had not had since I purchased my Acura in April of 2001 ( I got the 2002 that year). My husband, Darrow Richmond, raves about the stellar customer service he received from Chris Merx and Jeremy Mayoral. From the time he entered the dealership until the deal was made, with promises of future excellent encounters to come. he felt the appreciation for one who was a potential buyer. Later, he was given information and invited back so that we can get an "inservice" on all the amenities the car has to offer. He was so pleased by his encounter at this Lexus dealership. I have been looking for a good used Lexus RX400h for months and finally found the one I wanted at Lexus of Orland. I live in Utah so I called the dealership to see what my options were for purchasing th months and finally found the one I wanted at Lexus of Orland. Both men were very accommodating and helpful. I have another vehicle that I am trying to sell so Chris gave me the option of putting a deposit on the Lexus I wanted so he could hold it for me. I have never had a dealership offer to do that and I was truly impressed. Unfortunately, I was not able to sell my car and Chris refunded my deposit. Again, something that I was amazed by! When I do finally sell my car I will definitely be calling Chris Merx to sell me a Lexus. More
