We are senior citizens and were looking for a car and Dealership that would "go out of their way" for us. We went in to Lexus of Orland and Chris Merx was the lucky guy to help us (or I should say we were the lucky clients to get Chris)!! We were just getting ideas of what features were available, the seat height of the different cars, which cars had what safety features available. It was an information gathering process for us. Chris was so patient, knowing we were not ready to buy that day, but he spent so much time explaining everything with no pressure. It was a few days and we decided that the RX350 had everything we needed to be safe and comfortable on the road. Back we go to Chris. They pulled some magic and rerouted a new car in transit and had it delivered in a day. Chris gave us a tour of the building, explained how the "FREE LOANER" program works AND "FREE CAR WASHES" forever...what is with that...like the icing on the cake!! When I thought things were as good as they could get (and I was pretty happy)...I was having trouble programing our garage door opener to the car garage door button...Chris comes to our place (on his lunch hour in 100 degree weather), gets on the ladder to push a "learn" button on the garage motor and I pushed the button in the car...and magic...it all worked!!! I never had any other salesperson EVER go out of their way like that. Nothing but fabulous things to say about Chris. Lexus of Orland wants us as clients to be happy and content and if we are not...please let them know. From the time you walk in the door, everyone has a smile and a nice word. I consider him to be my grandpa, and he helped my sister and I start the process to leasing a new Lexus RX 350. Grandpa John made my sister and I feel at home, and he really made us feel like family when he gave us a big bear hug. When we came back to close our deal, we worked with "the man", Andrew Briick. Charming, funny, and yes ladies, easy on the eyes, Andrew became the older brother figure for my sister and I. He bent backwards to get us the price we wanted for the lease, and he scored us the best Lexus RX we have ever had from Lexus. (We have bought 2 Lexus RXs from Lexus of Orland within the past 10 years.) Andrew made sure we had the features we wanted, and he even personally taught us how to use the car once it was ours. He makes the buying or leasing of a car enjoyable instead of being in a pain in the butt. There is no one like Andrew. And of course, Grandpa John came to check on my sister and I before we headed off on the streets in our new ride. He said he wanted to make sure his adopted granddaughters were all settle and of course gave a much needed hug goodbye. Lexus of Orland is so lucky to have John Ike and Andrew Briick on their staff. Without them, I do not think my sister and I would have our new precious baby sitting safe and sound in our garage. More

I was in the market for a fully loaded 2013 Lexus ES. For about a month I was receiving price offers from various dealers. I found this odd especially since each dealer had claimed that the price they provided cannot be beat. Why then would they feel 'threatened' if I were to speak to another dealership? Finally, I visited Lexus of Orland, about 2 miles away from where I currently work. There, I met with Pete & Mitch and told them what I was looking for in a vehicle. They were quite accommodating and were readily available to answer any questions I may have had. Pete was straightforward and easy to work with. The dealership really followed the cliche that they treat every potential customer like family. Unfortunately, do to some personal matters, I had to ultimately 'bail' on the deal. Pete's response was very understanding when I presented the unfortunate news. I honestly felt guilty leaving the deal knowing how much effort Pete put in making the deal happen. The vehicle met the criteria I was looking & the price was very competitive to say the least. I would advise for anyone in the market looking for a Lexus to first give Pete Mangano a call.
