As far as Marty is concerned, I never buy into the after market "stuff" and believe half of what I see and nothing of what I'm being told (sold). However, we had a different sense with Marty. After engagement, we fully trusted what he recommended and did buy $2,000 additional product and am happy that we did!! Overall, we are extremely satisfied with every part of the experience with this dealer. We traded in a 2013 BMW and the experience of buying this car vs the BMW was very different. I hope John is around ( not retired!) when we're ready for the next car!!! More
