We did our research pretty well prior to going to a dealership. The best offer prior visiting any dealership for a white Lexus RX350 AWD was out of the Costco program which endorsed a different dealer dealership. We chose to visit Lexus of Orland Park and we were well taken cared of by Mike Janicijevic. The honesty and friendliness felt authentic. He even went out of his way to get us a white RX350 from a (competetive) sister company, Lexus of Merrillville, to satisfy our requirements. The turn-around was very quick; 2 days and we were already driving our desired white Lexus RX350 AWD. The correspondences for support continued even after the sale. We even got a promise to come back for a warranty job for a small nick we found finally when we go the car into a better light. Although there was another competitive bid for our business, we chose to go with Mike J. and Lexus of Orland Park because of their demonstrated authentic desire to serve the customer in all aspects of the transaction; good, fast, cheap. This deal wouldn't have come through without the intervention by Mike. Other than owning another newer Lexus, we felt that we have gained a friend. We also felt that the whole team was very supportive of the interest of the customer, Kevin Martin, the sales manager and Jeremy, the finance officer.
