Mike is the most amiable, helpful, and knowledgeable salesperson I've ever met. This time, we were in a time crunch being in a total loss accident to purchase a van. It was stressful, especially during the holidays. When I phoned Mike to ask about a Honda Odyssey, I knew that we were going to purchase the vehicle. We were stressed about driving far out of Chicago, especially with a rental. Mike personally contacted Enterprise even before we decided to make the trip to Orland Park to straighten out all of our rental car concerns. When we first reached the dealership, we were courteously greeted and welcomed by the staff. Although we were buying a used Honda Odyssey, a minivan, from a luxury brand, we never once felt treated any differently than a customer buying a brand new Lexus. Mike immediately gave us keys and we test drove the vehicle within 5 minutes of being at the dealership. During the test drive, Mike was very friendly yet still extremely helpful and professional with letting my father know about the meticulous different functions of the car. He was very knowledgeable about it despite it not being a Lexus under his forte. Once we began the paperwork, Mike was very calm and respectful, unlike the myriads of pushy salesmen that I've personally dealt with in the past. He gave us a lot of time, never rushing or pressuring us into anything, and the poor guy ran back and forth from us to his manager many times to get us discounts and help answer our financing questions. It was one of the smoothest transactions ever. He personally came out to the lot and helped us transfer our belongings from the rental into our new car and waved us out. He also went the extra mile and returned the rental for us first thing the following business morning. It was such a joy to have this experience with Mike. My father, who has been frantic and anxious ever since a horrible car accident and worried everyday with the myriad of paperwork and insurance settlements after, now is relieved in a new and budget friendly van thanks to the smooth help of Mike! Jeremy Mayoral, the Business Manager, initially quoted me a lease rate, over the phone, that was immediately less than McGrath. And I hadn't even been to Orland's show room. That quote and his sincere phone professionalism encouraged me to drive 18 miles to Lexus of Orland. McGrath is 5 miles from my home. Since that first visit I was called back with all my questions answered in an honest and timely manner. The exact car I wanted was found and available within days.
