My wife and I bought our second Lexus from Lexus of Orland Park. This time we bought the new, 2013 ES 350. It is a fabulous car and one I had researched for quite a while. The reviews were positive, and the cost was better than a Mercedes E-Class. Kevin Martin was the salesperson that worked with us and since he didn't have the car with the options I wanted on the lot, he was able to find it at another store in Indiana. He had it brought to Orland Park and we were able to negotiate a fair deal for both us in no time. Kevin was great to work with and made the whoel "buying process" easy and comfortable. When we were given to the financial person, Jeremy assisted us in giving us a variety of options that made financing very appealing to us. Having great credit and a good amount to trade-in helped the sitaution. I would highly recommend Lexus of Orland Park to anyone including their service center, as having a 2009 Lexus, also, we have taken it to their serivce center on a few occasions and have been treated great.
