Chris took a lot of time with us showing us the features of the car and then allowing us to test drive the vehicle. No pressure selling, just friendly help. He made sure we were comfortable and understood the process and how much time would be involved. Chris made sure we had his card and told us we should call him whenever a question comes up. He said he would be there for us the entire time we own the car. He ended the sale with a hug and even escorted us out of the parking lot. We certainly could not have asked for more. We got a great interest rate and now have a second Lexus to add to our family of vehicles. More

I submitted an inquiry via the internet and Kevin was proactive and provided great service from the start. I did not get the creepy car salesman feeling and he was a man of his word from the very beginning. He was direct and upfront throughout the entire process. During our phone consultation, I provided Kevin with the specs that I wanted and we set up an appointment. During our appointment, we got right down to business and I was able to drive off the lot within two hours. This included new car negotiations, trade negotiations, new car delivery, and signing all of the paperwork. I was impressed as I have memories of the new car buying process taking almost a whole day.
