I had to visit this dealership twice to meet the perfect salesman and sales manager. The first time I came out, the first salesman started out good, once I started asking follow up questions he stopped resp salesman and sales manager. One I went back the following day I met the most pleasant salesman (Marek) and the best sales manager ever(Junior). They were both great and helpful. I purchased the truck on day two. Once I went to the finance manager (Ziad), he was absolutely terrible. He was very condescending. He attempted to bully me into his financing even after I told him multiple times that I had my own. I also emailed him the next morning to assure him that I would be bringing in the check from my finance company and again his response was terrible and condescending. I felt bullied and I felt as if he was attempting to force his own agenda on me. This isn’t the way anyone should be treated and if it hadn’t been for the great salesman and great sales manager I wouldn’t have purchased the truck of my dreams and would have given my review the absolute least amount of stars possible. I definitely would have spread the news about this dealership and it’s treatment to customers. For the amount of time and effort a person is spending to make sure they are making a great purchase, it should be reciprocated with great service. A person should leave feeling good about their purchase not bullied or pressured in anyway. I’m very grateful for Junior and Marek for their part in making my purchase experience ok. More

I have bought three cars from this dealer two new and one used and service was great. However, I have been getting subpar service from the service department. My last encounter I paid 2500 for service th used and service was great. However, I have been getting subpar service from the service department. My last encounter I paid 2500 for service that part of cost should have been covered by my third party warranty. I don’t know if it due to the inexperienced of the service staff or lack of training. My car has been serviced by this department for years and I don’t know how they can submit a claim with the wrong VIN, which caused the claim to be denied. I have made multiple call to service representative and service manager without a return call. I have spent over 300,000 plus dollars over the years and expect batter. The gatekeeper makes it hard to talk the leadership by transferring calls back to source of the problem promising to call and never do. Based on this interaction I will take my business to Chicago or Merrillville dealerships.and recommend that the consumer should be careful when dealing with them I give the dealership a “D-“ More
