I've tried to reach Lexus of Orland Park (LOP) regarding my poor experience at their dealership and unresolved service issues. In my Google review, the GM and a service manager responded and provided contact information. I've reached out to both (including Joe Pervazas) in hopes of an amicable resolution and receiving the service I paid for: new brakes, rotors, tire rotation, and addressing the dashboard indicator warning light. I noticed the service agent said I received an oil change, but the sticker on my windshield does not indicate that an oil change occurred. I am very disappointed that this has taken several weeks and multiple calls and reviews, and it has begun to feel like Lexus of Orland Park has no plans to resolve this issue. This is not acceptable. I am happy to speak with any of you, and I have left my telephone number on your voicemail; it is also noted on my account records. In fairness to the GM, his voicemail indicated he was out of the office until 10/9/2023; today is 10/12/2023. As of today, I have not received a response from anyone at Lexus of Orland Park.
