0 stars if I could give a zero star rating!!!!!He very was rude and unprofessional today towards my father and I. He called my Dad a dumb xxx. The issue was my Dad had his own finance with BOFA. Mike Bann was rude and unprofessional today towards my father and I. He called my Dad a dumb xxx. The issue was my Dad had his own finance with BOFA. Mike Bannos had the instructions to follow and fax the contract over to the bank so they can wire the money to the dealer. I paid the difference of the amount that was owed in full on Sept 30 to guarantee the car for pick up for Oct 2. When we went to the dealer today Mike Bannos was asking to run a credit application and send it to the bank when the bank has our information and we're approved. Nothing was sent over to the bank so the dealer did not complete was required for them to do which was enter the approval code send over the contract with the amount of money owe. I was appalled at his ignorant display. Mike Bannos was a straight xxxxxxx to my father while talking to him and had no respect and didn't care. However it doesn't make sense for us to fill out an credit application when we're already approved for the amount of the car and the bank is waiting for you to do what's required to wire the check. Lexus wasn't our finance company. The bank was financing the loan and we did pay the difference which we ask Chris Kowalis which is the GM to refund our money and we received it. However, Mike is an arrogant xxxxxxx , unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful person I have ever endured at a dealership. I would never recommend anyone to go there because of the way we were treated. I guess this doesn't matter he will still be working there because they don't care . He has been there for 5 years or so. I probably won't be the last person this happens to. D.Thomas More

I didn’t feel any pressure to make a purchase. I appreciated the down to earth nature of both Sammy and Zaid. I was disappointed that Carmax offered me more money for my trade in vehicle; they shoul appreciated the down to earth nature of both Sammy and Zaid. I was disappointed that Carmax offered me more money for my trade in vehicle; they should have matched it; it was only a $300 difference.
