Sales end was great but I feel the finance dept took advantage of my wife and the deal. I did not need new plates which was 300.00 all they had to do was transfer my vanity plates, next I did not want advantage of my wife and the deal. I am going to contact Chris the sales rep to see if he could do something about that Gap. If you have a return policy I would be more then happy to return the car. I had not to good experience with the finance dept at McGrath Lexus in Westmont and now the same thing happen again. More

I am pissed as my 1st Kowalis Lexus was 18 years ago Bought 3 from this dealership and on August 18-2020 bought 2016 certified Rx350,whuch 3 days later computer /brakes malfunction Then service Mgr, Joe Bought 3 from this dealership and on August 18-2020 bought 2016 certified Rx350,whuch 3 days later computer /brakes malfunction Then service Mgr, Joe said ,”nothing wrong. So went on trip and “all” functions on its computer are going off., saying dangerous to drive etc. I am In New Buffalo and hope this Rx doesn’t kill me and my wife on the way home.
