I have to say, a few minor issues popped up on my new GX460, and instead of pleasantly meeting my expectations to take care of them for me, Marek EXCEEDED any and all of my expectations I thought I had in regard to post sale Customer Service. Today, against my insistence, he came in to the dealership - on his day off - to not just take care of my vehicle issues, but more importantly, to ensure I was taken care of! Truly an impressive gesture, and one, I not only didn't expect, but one that made an indelible impression on me.
