AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I went in to get my car serviced for an oil change, and I left with my car completely scratched up by their car wash. I hadn't initially noticed because my car is white and it was a clou an oil change, and I left with my car completely scratched up by their car wash. I hadn't initially noticed because my car is white and it was a cloudy day so scratches on the windshield weren't visible, but after the sun started to shine on the windows and windshield the damages were absolutely terrible. I went back to Lexus to address the issue and service managers Joe and Keith told me that it was impossible that this happened through their car wash and that they run all their cars through it with no issues. (Funny enough when I pulled into the dealership the porter told me that technically they aren't supposed to run the ES, GS, and IS models through their wash) After telling Keith and Joe that there are numerous complaints and reviews online about similar issues, Keith simply stated that he, "Doesn't care to see those reviews" Then Joe proceeded to examine my car and came to the conclusion that the damage to the windshield is in fact on the inside of the car on the tints. Now I'm no car expert, but if the tints were the issue, the scratches wouldn't be reflecting off the sun on the outside as they are. I was worried he would continue to examine my car and find that my blinker fluid levels were low. Up until this point I was a proud Lexus owner and enjoyed my car very much, but if this is the quality service I get and others get too, then this is the last time I purchase a Lexus vehicle. The dealership spent a good chunk of money remodeling their dealership when they would have been better off hiring staff that are knowledge about vehicles and compassionate/considerate to their clients. New building. Same xxxxty service. After calling corporate and explaining my issue, they told me that the dealership is privately owned by the Kowalis family and that I would have to address the issue directly with them. It is very sad and disappointing that instead of acknowledging the fact that they are responsible for the damages, I have to go through the trouble of a lawsuit. If you care about your vehicle please save yourself the trouble and get it serviced elsewhere. More

I guess this was too much to ask. Dropped the car off at 715 am to ensure it was there for my appointment so I could pick it up after work. I get a call from Tony stating that they are going to charge me $40 for wheel locks. I somewhat understand as my complaint is with sales for this one, I guess. I asked him to discuss with the sales manager and was told I would have to do that myself. Not happy. Get to dealership at 415 pm to be told my vehicle isn't finished. Get to the dealership the next day and all the work completed except my GX is completely covered in shop dust. When Tony came out I showed him and he told a valet to go get a rag and wipe off my car. I told him no you are not going to scratch my car by dry wiping it when its covered in shop dust. Tony offered to have me wait while they wash it. I figure two days was wait enough. I was so frustrated at this point I just took my dirty car and went to the car wash myself. Two days of holding on to my car for pretty basic maintenance and they could not accomplish it in the time given. Very disappointed and was under the impression that I had purchased a luxury car but apparently luxury service isn't part of the deal. So be sure to check every minor thing before buying from this dealership as if you roll off the lot without something they will charge you when you come back to find it and may take a few days to install it and give it back to you. More
Purchased a used Lexus from another dealer. The car had an open recall. Called Lexus of Orland and they handled everything. Even washed my car and filled it with fuel. Very satisfied with the work they do , get in done in a timely manner . Only thing I didn’t like this time was the cost of the tire rotation, thought $ 40.00 was a bit much.... so didn’t get it done this t timely manner .
