I had tires rotated on 11/20/2020 20 days later the front left tire came off while our daughter was driving it causing over $6,000 in damage. I am pissed as my 1st Kowalis Lexus was 18 years ago Bought 3 from this dealership and on August 18-2020 bought 2016 certified Rx350,whuch 3 days later computer /brakes malfunction Then service Mgr, Joe Bought 3 from this dealership and on August 18-2020 bought 2016 certified Rx350,whuch 3 days later computer /brakes malfunction Then service Mgr, Joe said ,”nothing wrong. So went on trip and “all” functions on its computer are going off., saying dangerous to drive etc. I am In New Buffalo and hope this Rx doesn’t kill me and my wife on the way home. PAID $900+ for nothing. TERRIBLE! Paid $900+ for my car. Drove out the parking lot and saw same problem as when I brought it in. Turned around and told Eric Erickson. The next day Eric called me and said they couldn’t fix it. In the meantime, they kept my $900+ and to top it off, my car is even more broken 😡 I should have listened to what people told me about this place. SAD More

Every time I walk through their doors, I ask myself what problems are they going to give me today, sure enough i stood correct and they denied me a loaner car because I was 24 and not 25. They told me this is a new policy even though I’ve been given loaners plenty of times in the past. when I asked to see the policy in written form, I was told by Joe “I don’t have to show you anything.” I guess if you’re young and the color of your skin doesn’t meet their expectations they will treat you very poorly on all moral levels.
