UPDATE: I was offered $50 by Brace Woolsey, on the condition that I remove my negative reviews. I refuse to do so because I would hate for other potential customers to get ripped off by this dealership. It seems Brace also lied about other Lexus dealerships providing free diagnostics. McGrath Lexus of Westmont offers a complimentary 2nd opinion on a previous diagnosis. I called and they confirmed this. Bring your vehicles to McGrath for a second opinion if you want to avoid a hefty diagnostic fee at Lexus of Orland. I don't recommend bringing your Lexus to Lexus of Orland Park for service. They charged us over $150 more than the estimate I approved, and they lied about completing a courtesy inspection. I e-mailed the service director and had to contact the attorney general's office when he wouldn't reply. Keith O'Meara's response to my complaint was to fabricate a story to the AG because it seems he would rather lie than address the issues in his department. More
