Totally charged wrong amount for services I scheduled my service for 40,000 miles which included an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter. When I received my bill I was charged for extra I scheduled my service for 40,000 miles which included an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter. When I received my bill I was charged for extra oil. Did not understand this charge and asked for the service manager which could not be found for 30 minutes. Numerous people where looking for the manager but he could not be found. Finally the general manager came to cashier and I explained the situation and he could not help me either. Finally service manager came to cashier and explained I was not to be charged for extra oil, it was part of the package. The service tech did not know what was going on and was not very helpful. I have never received service like this from any other service tech and figured he must have been new. In all due respect, a service tech should not be on their own until they are completely trained in their positions. Also your car wash which is supposed to be available to customers who bought their cars there have been repeatedly closed, day after day. Nice weather, sunny and warm. This is unacceptable and will way very heavily when I go to buy another car. I just expect the car washed to get the salt off. Don't other this service if you cannot fulfill it. More

I asked Morgan (my service rep) to have the service manager (she mentioned his name was Brace) contact me discuss the $4000 and $1000 estimates that I received from Lexus recently for services. I feel these amounts were extreme. I sent a survey previous survey response regarding this as well. No one has contacted me. I even reminded Morgan, and still never received a call or note. I have had 3 Lexus cars and have been using Lexus of Orland for service for over 20 years, and this is the first 2 times that I did not received a follow call or note. Very disappointing. However, the service helpers, attendant (offering refreshments) and the cashier were very accommodating and nice. More

I have had all service done at your dealership and booked most on the website. In the past when booking on the website you were given the cost of the services you wanted. This practice of letting you know the price of your service is no longer available. I don’t understand why you have taken away this option, maybe thinking the price will chase customers away. People will come if the service is good and the interaction with the website and the representatives understood. Please add the pricing back to website for the customers like myself who believe in your dealership. More
$200 an hour! Spent 2.5 hrs for 30,000 mile check that was supposed to cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $500.
