I have purchased 3 cars from op Lexus I would have given you guys 5 stars, with exception it took me also 45 minutes to drop off my car and leave. Too long for minimum, appointment scheduled service. An hour and a half seems too long when an appointment time has been set and 15,000 service is to be preformed.
