Poor Service I waited for 3 hours to replace a tire I have a warranty on. I was shown another tire issue, but told that tire wasn't covered by the warranty. Very unhappy with the outcome of the inspection of my vehicl I took my car into the Orland Park locationand was very disappointed with the amount of work they quoted me for repairs. They said I needed 5500.00 in I took my car into the Orland Park locationand was very disappointed with the amount of work they quoted me for repairs. They said I needed 5500.00 in repairs and I was extremely beside myself. I took my vehicle to get another inspection and more than half of the work that they stated needs to be done on my car didn’t. Truly sad to think that I bought my car from that location and took my car for maintenances and oil changes at that location and they wanted to stiff me with 5,500.00 in repairs. My second opinion charged me for the actual things that needs to be done,800.00. What a huge difference. When my car was under warranty there wasn’t anything wrong, once it was out of warranty... all of a sudden it’s got a million and one problems. Truly disappointed More

Unwanted and unnecessary parts and repairs Service department claimed my windshield wipers were streaking and needed to be replaced. I knew this wasn’t true because two weeks prior I replaced t Service department claimed my windshield wipers were streaking and needed to be replaced. I knew this wasn’t true because two weeks prior I replaced them myself with brand new ones. Not cheap either the best ones. So this makes me wonder what else are they making up. If I hadn’t replaced wipers myself I never would’ve questioned anything, but I did! Also, first estimate over phone just for an oil change was $60. When I received my bill at dealership while picking up car it was $293 xxx for an oil change. 👎 More
