Fast and courteous I was greeted at the door and was on the road in 45 minutes! Car was washed but not dried. horrible service It took 3 and a half hours to get my tires rotated when they said it would take 1 hour. Then they came and told me he forgot me and that I needed some It took 3 and a half hours to get my tires rotated when they said it would take 1 hour. Then they came and told me he forgot me and that I needed some other work done. I did not have time to stay any longer. Manager was apologetic but I was disgusted with the whole process . They offered a loner car and I could come back. Shouldn’t have to leave and come back. I will get the minor things done somewhere for I’m sure a lot less money! More
