On March 24, 2019, I received a same day appointment. My service advisor Morgan Lee greeted me and quickly assessed and advised of my service needs which was completed timely within the the timeframe given. I found my advisor to be very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The service department is always very clean. The reception area is very comfortable, the lighting, seating, computer area, TVs and don’t forget the cafe section for customers all make the service wait time very comfortable and homelike. All the employees are always attentive, warm, polite and courteous including the car wash employees. Thank you Lexus of Orland my overall experience is 💯 More
