Oil change A little disappointed when I stressed my concern to the service women who waited on me. I told her that less than a month after I got my last oil chan A little disappointed when I stressed my concern to the service women who waited on me. I told her that less than a month after I got my last oil change my oil light went on. I had a friend look at it and he said there was no oil in there. Which tells me it’s very likely they either didn’t put oil in there or they skimped on the oil. Anyhow she said she would have them look at it and see if there was an issues with burning oil. When my car was done all she said was everything was good. No comment on what the service department found out if anything all. She didn’t mention anything about what they found out. My guess is she never mentioned anything to them. I normally get great service there. Not this time. More

Incomplete I went there for an oil change then I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation I said yes and then they also said that they needed to change the filter b I went there for an oil change then I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation I said yes and then they also said that they needed to change the filter but that they wouldn't be able to do it because it was close to closing time yet there was sold more than 30 minutes where they could have completed the change of filter instead of asking me to come back another day. when I asked if they could wash my car they said no that because the carwash was not working, but when I first asked one of the guys looked at the other guy to see if they could do it and then they looked at the time and that's when they said oh it's not working. I was nit happy with the poor communication ie I dropped my car off for service Monday at 5:15 and was nicelt given a loaner car since they would not be able to have my car done by 6pm closing time. My appointment was at 5pm but traffic had me late. Anyway on Tuesday, I never received a call regarding my car so around 4pm when I got off work called, qas transferred to voive mail left a message but didnt get a call back until Wednesday. When the person called I asked if my car was ready on Tuesday explained that I called but didnt get a call back, he appologized, stated he was off on Tuesday, then said that my car was ready. This was my first issue with this location. When I picked my car up, I was told that I should look into probably getting new tires. I had also asked about the seat belt protective scripts being replaced on my car and was told that he would look into both issues and give ma a call back. Thst was Wednesday and its now Friday and Ive never heard back from my advisor. As a customer I feel somewhat disvalued. I gave this three stars only because I was given a loaner car. More

Tired from driving! Went to Orland and was sent to Napervil. When you have your car serviced at a Lexus dealership you should be able to take it to a different Lexus shop and still get good customer service. Th When you have your car serviced at a Lexus dealership you should be able to take it to a different Lexus shop and still get good customer service. That didn’t happen to me though! I was told to take it yo the dealership that originally did the work on it and was also told to have the same technician to correct the problem I originally went in for. If I was the service manager, I would have simply taken care of the customer and afterwards contacted the service manager at the dealership that originally did the work to let him know that we took care of one of their customers in my service department and simply forwarded the service ticket over to him. DON’T INCONVENIENCE THE CUSTOMER!!! They inconvenienced me and sent me to another dealership and told me they couldn’t help me!!! I was pissed because I called before I went to Orland to make sure I would be seen before I took that long xxx trip!!! More

When I pulled into the service bay, I waited nearly 15 min for someone to address my service needs and this was with a service appointment. It seemed as if there were not enough service representives to consult with customers coming in for service. After 2 hours of waiting for oil and filter change, I noticed my vehicle was ready for pickup. As I was walking to my vehicle, I noticed the car was washed but not properly dried. There were soap marks on body and windows......just not the kind of service you expect from a Lexus dealer. I will be making the extra trip to my previous dealer for far superior service than what I experienced at Lexus of Orland. More
