60,000 mile check up I had a 11:45am appointment & when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes for a service writer to check me in. I was called at 4:30pm to pick up the car & when I got there 30 minutes later, the car was brought out to me not even washed!!! The quality of service has fallen drastically at this Lexus dealership!!!! Service was one of the reasons I bought a Lexus many years ago. More

Right when you pull into service, you have a super nice service advisor/manager there to greet you and This dealership is beautiful. Plain and Simple. Lexus has such beautiful cars, so when you’re waiting you can go into the showroom and check some amazing vehicles out and talk to salesmen (who are far from pushy and will do whatever to help without trying to get you to buy a car.) The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because it took a little longer than I thought it would, which is about an hour and a half or so, but I understood because they truly thoroughly check your vehicle to make sure it’s as perfect as can be! A little pricy, but you definitely get what you paid for which is worth it to me! More

The state of the art waiting room with television, computers, free Wi Fi, free coffee and snacks makes waiting for your vehicle pleasant. I have my own personal Service Writer "JOHN DEGNER" who's awesome. He really makes sure all my vehicle is always serviced properly. You won't be disappointed! More

My car is always ready by, if not before, the promised service time. I usually wait while it is being serviced, although they offer a loaner. I have never had an issue with the quality of the service. The waiting room is very nice, well appointed and clean, as are the restrooms. The experience has been so good at Lexus of Orland that I expect to buy my next car from them! More
