Good Service Experience Took car in to this dealership for the first time. Car was bought in Naperville in 2014 as a pre-owned vehicle. Mileage on the car when I bought it was 22,000 and after 4-1/2 year I was up to 60,000 so I took it in for that level of service. After they completed the original service agreed upon, the service writer came back with two additional suggestions - front brake pads/resurface rotors and fuel system service. I agreed to both. An expensive day but I should be in good shape for a while. More

Expect More I had a windshield ordered and my 20,000 mile service done. I asked for a quote on tires but was told there weren’t any good options for my car throug I had a windshield ordered and my 20,000 mile service done. I asked for a quote on tires but was told there weren’t any good options for my car through the dealer.... The 20,000 mile service was completed as well as the windshield and everything is good. When I received my car my it was dirty on the outside (could have washed it!) and my passenger rear tire was low to 25psi! It just shows the lack of caring in the part of the mechanics and service writer!! More

Waited to long I came in for a simple oil change and I was in there for over 2.5 hours. I would have been there longer if I had not gotten up and asked what the dela I came in for a simple oil change and I was in there for over 2.5 hours. I would have been there longer if I had not gotten up and asked what the delay was about. You might ask, "were they busy"? No! When I got there, they were all milling around. The service tech even commented on the fact that this was a slow time. After my inquiry as to what the delay was about, I then had to wait again until they washed the car and to top it all off after waiting so long, the individual drying off my car, did a half-hearted job drying it even after I told him to please do a good job since I had already been there so long. Not the type of service I expect nor is it the usual. Needless to say, I was disappointed, but overall, I would recommend this dealer, but this time, the answer would be NO. THEY REALLY DROPPED THE BALL THIS TIME AROUND. More
