Efficient and Friendly- 2 great attributes I arrived for my scheduled appointment in time and was greeted by three friendly employees. Tony, my service advisor explained what the service appoin I arrived for my scheduled appointment in time and was greeted by three friendly employees. Tony, my service advisor explained what the service appointment entailed and then escorted me to waiting area. Great area to get some work done with fresh coffee. When my car was finished, it was sparkling clean and Tony explained what the next maintenance appointment would entail. He gave me his card to set that appointment up when needed, so that I could get a loaner car to use. My inspection results were emailed to me before I even pulled out of the lot. It turned out to be a great start to my day that morning. More

Every service department should have a Tony Cessario. The whole dealership has a very warm and caring spirit felt when you enter the building. All of the sales team and staff members delivers such great customer service I have purchased all 4 of my Lexus God has bless me to have from Lexus Of Orland.
