No one informed me of any issues that occurred during service and allowed me drive off with duct tape on my car. I’ve been trying to contact the service consultant, Tony Cesario, all day Sept. 18th with no attempt from him to reach out and contact me to resolve this issue. I will be calling the corporate office to escalate this issue. More
Comedy of lack of handoff and response. It took 2 hours to get someone to tell me what they found and what it would cost. Too bad clerk lied and she sent me to a voicemail of someone who wasn't even in that day. I decided at 1:00 to drive to the dealer to get an answer. After 1 hr, we finally determined that my car was finally ready. At 330, my paperwork was finally finished and i could check out. No hand off when service rep goes to lunch. No handoff when service rep doesn't work the next day. More

Bob Jaskolski was awesome - I wish all advisors were! I have had very bad experiences with the Lexus service center the last few times I have been there. This time I was pleasantly surprised as Bob delive I have had very bad experiences with the Lexus service center the last few times I have been there. This time I was pleasantly surprised as Bob delivered the old service I was used to. The service really started to change when Lexus of Orland decided to move away from dedicated service advisors. I have somebody new each time and they don't know me or my vehicle and don't care to. It has been very rushed with no conversation. Bob took the time to ask what has been happening with my vehicle and what my concerns were and helped me make an educated decision on the services I needed to do right away that day versus the ones I could take care of next month. I believe the negative experiences started after Kowalis took over the dealership. It is very disappointing with my vehicle being 10 years old. I only take my car to the dealership for service and I cannot buy a new vehicle from Lexus of Orland with such uncertainty with service. Having an assigned dedicate advisor like Bob would make such a difference! More

I love that I'm always recognized and greeted. More

20K service I had an appointment and they were backed up. Service rep apologized for the delay. My appointment was for 1:00 and my wife was there at 12:50 and she I had an appointment and they were backed up. Service rep apologized for the delay. My appointment was for 1:00 and my wife was there at 12:50 and she was not out of Lexus until 3:15. She was told that the slow up was because “they had so many drop ins” Well we had an appointment. If I would have known that you were taking drop in’s why make an appointment? I don’t think it is a good business practice. Walk in’s wait longer than people with appointments. This is my first Lexus I haven’t had this situation with my Volvo. Phil Baker More
