I was in a terrible car accident and my car was deemed a total loss. I decided safety was my number one priority so I chose the Lexus NS 350. I went to Lexus of Pembroke Pines, and was greeted by Richard who was a salesman. His reassurance that Lexus was extremely safe made me feel at ease. Richard took his time to go over cars and SUVs that would be a great fit for me. After deciding on what I wanted I was sent to Boris in finance to set up my apr and go over my application. She even came to the dealership on her day off to make sure everything was perfect when I took delivery of the vehicle! The finance manager Simon Robles was also a huge part of the all star cast at Lexus of Pembroke Pines and was ultimately responsible for making my dream of driving this vehicle a reality! He made sure to explain every possible finance option in the most supportive way making feel no pressure at all. He authentically wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the transaction.
