Sales associate and sales manager lead me to believe tgey were giving me an amazing deal on my lexus trade in when they offered me the lowest price and listed my vehicle for sale for$6,000 more than they gav were giving me an amazing deal on my lexus trade in when they offered me the lowest price and listed my vehicle for sale for$6,000 more than they gave me with my trade in. After I showed them a higher offer from carvana and Carmax they mislead me and convinced me the quote I received online is not the actual amount I will receive. We bought 2 vehicles at the same time from the agent and his manager and we dud not get the best deal as they led us to believe. In my experience this was a very dishonest experience from this dealership. More
