Although I didn't have the best experience as part of the purchase process of my vehicle, Rohan from Sales Management has gone above and beyond to listen to my concerns and do his best to rectify. Most recently, the valve on one of my tires snapped off completely when putting in air in the tire. At this point, I hadn't even had the car for a month, and surely I thought this was something that would be covered since it was obviously a defective part. The service department suggested outside factors had played a part and wanted to me to pay to have it replaced. I talked to Rohan and he listened to me and understood my frustration and was able to help me walk out a content customer as I was starting to feel doubts about my loyalty to Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I have driven a Lexus for all of my adult life and fortunately never had any issues any of my other cars and although I've had a few hiccups with this new car, Rohan has done an amazing job of making a loyal customer stay happy.
