I had mixed feelings about my experience with this dealership. On the positive side, they have one of the widest selections of vehicles, which made it easy to find exactly what I wanted. I also had a great experience last year working with Andres. He was professional, responsive, and made the process smooth. Unfortunately, this year was very different. My assigned salesperson started off attentive while finalizing the sale, but that quickly changed. The initial proposal included taxes and additional fees that I had to request multiple times to be removed, which was frustrating and unnecessary. After that point, communication declined significantly. Documents I submitted or requested were not handled promptly, and responses were delayed. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received my vehicle. There were also logistical issues. My truck driver missed the port twice because the salesperson did not ensure the gas level met the specific requirements I clearly communicated. On top of that, the salesperson’s attitude was unprofessional. I even asked to be reassigned to someone else in the beginning but was redirected back to the same person, as if no other support was available. Throughout the process, I was passed between multiple individuals to handle paperwork, which made everything feel disorganized and poorly managed.
