Unfortunately this is the closest dealer to me. When I went to buy the car, I walked in with a deal from the week before and the person who tried to help me gave me a deal for $4k more. I got up to walk out and that’s when they returned to the prior deal. I purchased the maintenance package so that I could have valet drive me a loaner and they would drive my car to the dealership. This has been a nightmare. I am continuously assigned to Jeffrey Hernandez as the service associate. There is little to no communication. At least 3x now I have been told my vehicle is ready and then at the 11th hour when I haven’t received my car back I have to call continuously in order to have someone bring me the car back before all the drivers leave. Again, this is after I’ve already been told the service is complete and the car would be on its way back soon. I have two car seats in the car so timing is always imperative because it significantly affects pick up/drop offs. Overall, I would not return to this dealership if I had the choice. More
