The good part of the experience is that they were able to get me the car I wanted: a GX 550 Overtrail, earth color, with only the options I specified. I could not find any other dealer, and I contacted sev get me the car I wanted: a GX 550 Overtrail, earth color, with only the options I specified. I could not find any other dealer, and I contacted several, that could / would do that in a timely manner. The challenging part was the sales staff. They consistently overpromised and underdelivered. The process took twice the number of months indicated. They tell you they will offer the car meeting your specs to the next client 'in line', and won't give it to anyone else until you make a final decision if you are next in line, but that was not my experience (there were multiple challenging times when a car was offered to me, confirmed to me, then given to someone else, and then at the end offered back to me again). Communications were challenging as sales staff doesn't respond with requested information unless you follow up repeatedly, and multiple people send unsigned texts from the same number so you don't know who you are talking with, even when you ask. All of that said, if you are willing to accept the challenges of a multi-month process (mine took 5 months) and frustrating communications and misinformation, it is likely you will get the car you want at the pricing agreed upon. For me, it was worth it, which is why I can recommend. More
I'm writing to express my frustration and disappointment after my recent service visit for my 2021 250 E Lexus, since speaking of my vehicle, it has been running noticeably worse than before. It now drives and sounds like an old poorly maintenance car. In addition, I discovered the following issues that were not present prior to the service the front hood lever was broken, preventing me from opening the hood properly the battery connectors are roasted they were not clean. This situation is acceptable and I expect a dealership to take full responsibility for assessing and correcting these problems immediately at no additional cost to me. Please let me know how soon this can be inspected and repair and who will be handling my case. I look forward to your prompt response and a professional resolution.
