Horrible after customer care service. I cant Even beleive this is supposed to be a top dealer lol what a joke! They are all the same . After the sale they could care less about any questi I cant Even beleive this is supposed to be a top dealer lol what a joke! They are all the same . After the sale they could care less about any questions or things that need to be completed that was in FACT THEIR FAULT to be completed. A sale literally walked into the hands of the salesman and simple things after the fact could not be completed. Also note I’m still missing personal information documents from this dealer and are STILL contacting them atleast 2-3 times a day. All i want Is my documents/receipt why is that so difficult to obtain! After the check is cashed they could care less to do anything else for you that should have been done while you were in that chair, which is the responsibility of a sales person/dealer. This was an easy sale for the sales person but he still failed to follow through and lied multiple times about getting things done until i was Down his neck about it and STILL everything is NOT DONE! More

I am very happy with my dealings with Alon and Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I am from Central Florida - 3+ hours away and bought my car over the internet by texting, emailing and a couple of phone calls. I did have concerns about not buying local but my local Lexus dealers had no interest in considering my offers - they all wanted me to come in and “talk”. When I found the car I wanted I made an offer at Lexus of Pembroke Pines and was it was accepted. I received a “worksheet” from Alon outlining the purchase agreement. I was concerned because I wanted a binding contract but in the end it was not needed. The “worksheet” was good as gold. When I went to pick the car up nothing changed. The deal/worksheet was as promised and I had no surprises. I would definitely buy a car again from Alon and Lexus of Pembroke Pines via the internet. I worked with Alon and he was very professional and responsive to all my texts, phone calls and emails - and there was not much communication required. If Alon wasn’t available someone else would always let me know that he would get back to me ASAP - and he did. I also worked with Hotniel in Finance to complete the transaction and he was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Lexus of Pembroke Pines, Alon and Hotniel. More

First time having issues with Pembroke Pines dealership. We had a set monthly payment with 3 yrs lease and mileage was suppose to be 12k per year. Finance rushed us through the process and instead put 10k p We had a set monthly payment with 3 yrs lease and mileage was suppose to be 12k per year. Finance rushed us through the process and instead put 10k per year. Giving us a shortage. When we questioned the shortage to Lexus, we were told “don’t worry we will get you out of the car before the 30k”. So the dealership will remember this verbal agreement 3 years from now? I doubt it! A bit frustrating since I feel I have been a loyal customer for many years. Not to mention finance (Steve from Ukraine) tried to tell me that he got me to tier 1. Which was an insult since my credit is immaculate. Never have I had an issue with my credit. I don’t appreciate the lie or sneakiness that I received this week. I will say I do love my car but what a disappointment with the process. More

Just leased my third Lexus from this dealer. I’ve had a positive experience for the most part. The staff is always very helpful and kind. My only problem is with the company itself and not the staff. I got free oil changes and tire rotation the first two times, now we have to pay for it. I never gave a down payment before and now I had to pay $3000. I guess companies keep getting greedier. More
