My service advisor was friendly and professional. What I was disappointed and very frustrated about was I advised my service advisor of and issue with my car feeling like it bottoms out when I hit any type of dip in the road or over any speed bump in parking lots etc. I inquired about checking my shocks and was advised that it would be $185.00 for a diagnostics check . My car is a2018 IS300 with only 21,321 miles and shouldn't be doing this as shocks and struts generally don't wear out until $50,000 miles. I was told my tires needed to be replaced partially because of the wear on the inside especially the rear tires which is one indicator that my shocks have gone bad. This is my 3rd Lexus all leased until I recently purchased my last lease. The first two were IS 250 with the last being the IS300. Never had any issues with this problem until this car. The previous cars had more miles than my current one. As much as I love the Lexus vehicles I will be hesitant to buy or lease another especially if the issue is because of a faulty part which won't be looked at without paying a diagnostic fee even though my car was already in for a service. So in short my visit was good but not excellent as I have had in the past. I feel my concerns were dismissed. More

Everything was good until the final purchase documents. I had put 5k down the day before on a all cash purchase. After declining all the various protection extension packages, Chris Carter presented me wit I had put 5k down the day before on a all cash purchase. After declining all the various protection extension packages, Chris Carter presented me with a multi page document which included language saying the seller could cancel the contract and re-posses the car for any reason within a few days. (even though I paid all cash) The language was made for financed sales but I was required to sign anyway. Chris said it was a Florida law! Chris agreed that theoretically the seller could take back the car and sell it to a buyer willing to pay more, but that they would not do that. Chris would not complete the sale unless I signed and this was after they had my 5k deposit leaving me with few options. It is a good well run dealership but I would advise asking to see all the documents you will be asked to sign before you commit to buy the car. More
